Taking Care Of What Matters Most

With over a decade of hands-on childcare experience, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of families — from first-time parents of newborns to households with multiples, special needs, adoptive families, and everything in between.

The experience overview below highlights my full-time positions and specialized roles such as nanny shares, travel nannying, and household management. Please note that this represents my most recent engagements and primary long-term engagements and doesn't include the many short-term contracts, part-time positions, emergency coverage, and specialized sleep training consultations that are integral to my work but difficult to capture in a traditional resume format. In the world of infant care and sleep support, much of my expertise comes from these varied, need-based experiences that have given me exposure to countless family dynamics and childcare scenarios. This breadth of experience has shaped me into a versatile, adaptable caregiver ready to support your family's unique needs.

Senior Manager, Operations

Think of Us | Remote

April 2021 - June 2025

For the past 4 years, I’ve worked remotely with Think of Us, a national non-profit organization dedicated to systems change, research, and policy development aimed at creating more just and equitable outcomes for youth in the child welfare system.

Our mission focuses on ensuring every child and family has the support they need to heal, develop, and thrive. As a member of the operations team, I’ve had the privilege of wearing many hats, gaining invaluable experience, and seeing firsthand the impact of inadequate support on families, which after 4 years has deeply affected me and I find myself in need of a change of professional scenery. In response, I’ve decided to take a step back from this work and return to full-time nannying. This decision is meant to refill my own cup so that in a few years time I might be able to go back to this work with gusto and energy.
